Hire, train and coach the sales team. Manage and organize the Sales activities efficiently in order to achieve the assigned objectives and ensure that all activities within the area of responsibility meet the company strategy. Supervise and follow up day to day sales operation in coordination with the concerned salesperson to ensure the proper performance, quality standards and customer satisfaction. Ensure sales and financial targets are communicated and achieved.

Handel major accounts personally. Hold periodical sales meetings with the sales team to discuss their progress, needs and recommendations to improve the performance and to ensure a good communication between them.

Maintain and develop team spirit and high level of competence among the sales team(Recommend actions such as promotion, rewards, Incentives, disciplinary measures…). Ensure fairness in employee evaluation through proper implementation of performance appraisals, based on SMART objectives.
