The Role

– Managing, organizing, directing and monitoring sales staff to accomplish objectives.
– Planning, developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
– Training and assisting sales team to improve their sales skills and production knowledge.
– Assuming responsibility and accountability of finalizing profitable projects.


Education: B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or related filed.
Holding MBA degree is desirable.


– At least 6 years of experience in sales management.
– Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
– Excellent computer skills and proficient in Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.

Salary: The Company offers attractive employment package depending on the position scope of responsibility the candidate’s education and experience.

Joining date: On or before April 2011
