Job Description
1. Maintains a sales call pattern within the designated areas of responsibility averaging to 30 calls per week.
2. Establishes and maintains histories on every accounts within the marketing area.
3. Attends daily department sales briefing.
4. Provides market feedback to the Director of Sales on changing market conditions, including trend in the competition.
5. Monitors own accounts and monthly productivities and reports back to Director of Sales on any variances.
6. Maintains high profile within the local community and local accounts.
7. Submits daily activity report and monthly report to the Director of Sales and updates him with the market feedback.
8. Submits weekly and monthly plan to the DOS and weekly entertainment list plan to the DOS.
9. Follow – up BOB and group Charts.
10. Updating of Mailing Lists Contacts.
11. Attends to all functions related to the accounts handled
12. Sells and promotes the Hotel and it’s facilities at every opportunity
