On behalf of a global multinational client we are seeking Sales Managers – to be based in either Riyadh or Jeddah and DubaiYou will be responsible to promote the sales of their ECC (Environmental Combustion and Controls) products portfolio through the System Integrators and Trade Partners in Western Province KSA. To ensure that annual personal and department sales volume and distribution objectives are achieved in terms of bookings, billings, operating profit etc…

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Develop, maintain the relationships with allocated partners and potential customers accounts across WP- KSA by monitoring customer purchases and negotiating orders to maximize sales potential. Following up undergoing and upcoming projects in WP-KSA with contractors and ensure that allocated partners bid to these projects and follow up thereafter to secure orders to ECC products and systems. Maintaining the relationship and continuously visiting MEP consultants in WP-KSA to market and specify ECC products and systems, and actively seek new business opportunities inline with department targets. Monitor and maximize own sales volume and distribution to meet or exceed annual targets. Provide commercial and marketing support for WP- KSA partners by conducting presentations and demonstrations as required and actively promoting new products and systems. Seek out competitor information, maintain knowledge of new developments in the market place and communicate information to the Area Sales Manager. Has a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills
Critical skills and qualifications Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 6-7 Years Plus experience in sales account management (BMS, ELV industries, Channels, SIs) Good knowledge of HVAC controls, Building Management Systems, valves Good exposure to KSA contractors and consultants. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Working knowledge of computer applications, MS or related.
