Goals/Mission:
- Leading the team of CRM to follow the company processes in sales, Achieving agreed sales targets, improving customer relationship. – Four team members of CRM with potential to increase to six. Implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Working Partners/Contacts:
Management, MM, CS, SE, PM. BAM and GG. MOH, MODA, Head of Imaging Dept’s Hospital owners and Hosp. Directors.
Tasks:
-Sales responsibility by maintaining sales targets by applying the sales processes. -Responsible for offers/ quotations to customers. Consideration of margins & correctness of quotation/ calculation up to and including contract closing. Joint participation with BA in creation of sales contracts for single products and multi modality business. -Responsible for sending clarified orders (technically and sales) to BA for execution of order after contract closing. – Responsible for asset management and productivity of Sales within Region -Practical exposure to sales, negotiations, processes, tender/offer preparation, CRM, formulation of account strategies, presentations to customers -CRM – Understanding customer objectives, as well as developing, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships -Pro-actively, exploring all avenues and opportunities to realize more business. -Direct and indirect staff management and team leadership.
Education:
- University Degree in Biomedical Engineering,
Knowledge/Languages:
- Dealing and implementing complex projects. – Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to communicate with colleagues in the region / HQ in a confident manner. Giving guidance, advising, counseling, motivation with Sales teams. – Product application, hospital / clinical workflows, value selling and sales techniques – Presentation and communication skills – Languages: Fluent in English (written/oral) – MS Office and other software applications – Intercultural Experience.
Experience:
- Work experience of at least 7 Years in Siemens Medical Solutions in: Management, Marketing or sales activities in the area of Medical Solutions systems – Experience in working with different cultures and nationalities. Has to understand the country specific needs for the products concerned. Work experience of at least 5 Years in Siemens Medical Solutions in: Management, Marketing or sales activities in the area of Healthcare systems
