I-Primary Objectives:
•Developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external sales plan that would increase revenues and profits.
•Meeting established sales and contact quotas
•Supervising sales and personally handling key-customer accounts.
•Participating in per sales activities and preparing and carrying out presentations and demonstrations
•Following up on established leads or available contacts.
•Building on that by initiating and maintaining long term on-going market contacts.
•Coordinating with the General Manager and technical staff to develop proposals for company products and services.
•Maintaining a close follow-up on assigned accounts.
•Following up contracts to ensure support, problem resolution, answers to questions, correspondence and/or reports.
•Developing and maintaining the country sales budget.
•Setting, supervising and evaluating the work of sales engineers. Job involves training of employees, providing work incentives and administering corrective procedures when necessary and in accordance with company policy (if applicable).
II-Secondary Objectives:
• Evaluating operational issues to determine whether the company is competitive and staying current with the latest trends regarding its products and services.
• Staying in trend with the latest market developments and monitoring the internal and external environment for the development of new market segments.
• Assisting in market research and the production of feasibility studies/business plans for new product/service development.
• Assisting in the development and supervision of a sales database for customer follow-up and research.
• Supervising the development of an evaluation process to gain feedback from customers and market sources.
• Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns for new products and services.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of any event that highlights company products and services.
