In this position you are responsible for the optimization of the sales structure and the development of distribution in the retail as well as the institutional markets. You interact in business with country distributors, agents and individual dealers in the region. You are managing the supply of the customers together with the sales back office in Austria.
Your main activities are the development of country specific sales and marketing concepts and the identification of potential new markets. Beyond this you prepare the operative sales, marketing and budget plans. You have a solid experience as a trade representative, in retail as well as direct institutional business. Your work ability can be characterized as initiative, independent and self-determining. Moreover you are well grounded in cultural differences in the Middle East .As responsible for the sales in the region; you are visiting accounts on a regular basis, but also organize and take part in events and fairs. You are efficiently setting priorities between different marketing and sales activities. You initiate and conduct sales trainings and events and network in the relevant target groups.Your location can be any country in the region as long as it is suitable for frequent traveling to the different countries in the region. In this position you have a wide and challenging scope of responsibility and the possibility to bring your expertise profitable into a successful company.
Skills
should be fluent in Arabic and English.
Must have PC knowledge (Microsoft Outlook and Office)
Must also have a relationship towards the outdoor scene (e.g. Hunting, Shooting, Photography, Nature observation)
