A dynamic and growing regional interactive multimedia company based in Dubai Media City, Dubai, is seeking a full time Sales & Marketing Account Manager with a minimum 2 years experience.
Responsibilities:
• Develops a marketing plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Coordinates with other team members to create and bring new products to market.
• Conducts ongoing research of new products and competitors.
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Skills
• 3-5 years of experience in sales management.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and technical writing skills.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Self motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic.
• Proven track record.
• English and Arabic Language is a MUST
