This organization specializes in luxury automobiles throughout the Kingdom. A division of a large conglomerate, this business is a market leader.
A position has come vacant for a Sales & Marketing Director, responsible for all activities across the Kingdom. You will control 10 branches and 12 showrooms and lead a team comprising marketing manager, dealer development manager, ordering & logistics manager and national fleet sales manager.
You will have ultimate responsibility for:
- Coordinates and ensures the achievement of the agreed sales volume and value (revenue & profitability) targets for new and used cars. He analyses the market, defines target groups & sales channels, develops & implements programs and measures to exploit the full market potential to secure the revenues of the Company.
- Develops and optimizes the dealer network.
- Is responsible for the overall sales & marketing strategy of the company (all brands, new car, used car, aftersales)and its successful implementation.
- Supports the Managing Director in qualitative and quantitative annual target settings for all sales regions.
- Supports the Regional Managers in achieving the Sales targets, customer satisfaction and quality objectives.
- Optimizes ordering, logistics and sales planning for the entire sales organisation (e.g. production and stock management).
- Leads the implementation of Group CI and Retail & Quality Standards in the branches and ensures a sustainable compliance.
- Develops measures & actions to optimize the product model mix in order to reduce the negative impact of product lifecycles on volume/profitability.
- Leads the product pricing to ensure a sustainable, competitive yet profitable product pricing policy.
- Defines & negotiates sales support programs in cooperation with Middle East.
- Defines & optimizes sales & marketing strategies for the local market in cooperation with producer.
- Defines & implements appropriate market research projects required to improve service quality & market penetration.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must:
- have a suitable degree
- 10 yrs experience in sales/marketing
- prior experience with luxury automotive (ideally European)
You will be a strategic thinker, with experience in business planning, have strong commercial acumen, and developed marketing & sales experience.
