MAIN PURPOSE :
Provide leadership and coordination of company sales and
marketing functions. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
• Planning to increase profitability of the products and gain more market shares.
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
• Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
• Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
• Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
• Set Departments Sales volumes Targets; Supervise and evaluate Sales Managers for sales performance.
• Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
• Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five year business plans for the company.
• Managing the entire sales process (end?to?end) beginning from customer’s inquiry, confirming orders, coordinating the shipping and handling arrangements, if necessary and ensuring payments are realized on time.
• Develop, update and follow the procedures and policies as per ISO Standards.
• Prepare management reports for review on Weekly/ Monthly basis.
• Monitor Customer Satisfaction, Services, Contracts and customer support (local &export )
• Monitor daily gross profits performance of each segment.
Skills
• 10 ? 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience with at?least 5 years of sales experience in a FMCG.
• Fluency in English with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
• Superior Communication / Presentation skills.
• Team work and conflict management skills.
• Planning and organizing experience.
• Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Persuasive / Sales Ability / Negotiation skills.
• University degree preferably in marketing or business administration.
• Outgoing and dynamic personality with good team playing skills
• Creative and resourceful approach to marketing and good networking.
