Main Purpose of Job:
• To develop and execute marketing and sales plans.
• To set up sales targets, policies and gross margins, in addition to managing all sales and marketing staff and activities in order to grow company’s business.
Basic Functions & Scope:
• Manage, plan, direct and evaluate all activities of sales and marketing department.
• Achieve company’s business plan objectives.
Communications:
With all Sales and Marketing employees, Department Heads & company clients.
Authorities:
• Setting Sales & Marketing policies and gaining management approval on them.
• Setting and assigning sales targets and gaining management approval on them.
• Setting prices and gross margins and gaining management approval on them.
• Setting objectives for the department and making sure they are achieved.
• Preparing of department budget and make sure the expenses are within the approved budget.
• Responsible for leading the development of innovative company products to attract and meet customer demands.
• Making sure that the customer data base is always updated.
• Submitting periodical sales report for management.
• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of the Sales department to develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
• Preparing training plans for the sales and marketing staff.
• Managing all processes relating to CRM, acquisition & retention, customer segmentation, market definition, competitors and market share.
• Setting up sale strategies.
• Ensure that all subordinate are aware and commit to company policies.
• Develop and recommend commissions and incentive plans for all sales and marketing staff.
Skills
Essential
• Bachelor in business administration – marketing (preferred MBA)
• People’s Management Skills
• Legal & technical understanding
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of B2C and B2B consumer sectors within a very
competitive marketplace
• 5 – 10 years experience in similar position
• Presentation skills
• Design & planning experience role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Computer skills
Desirable:
• Trade knowledge

Education
