Responsibilities:
* Direct and control sales activities, policies and plans.
* Responsible for the administration and the setting up of sales structure and procedures for smooth and effective execution of customer service and sales support.
* Formulate and monitor the implementation of promotion strategies.
* Analyse sales records to determine market trends and other relevant market developments.
* Responsible for developing and executing a business plan to meet Company’s financial objectives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor / Master Business Administration major with Marketing
* Preferably with 7 years’ experience in sales & marketing in packaging industry
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be results oriented
* Self motivated, energetic with a passion to succeed
