Job Description:
- Developing and implementing of ambitious sales and marketing plans.
- Managing & leading product development team, Regional Sales team.
- Achieving high sales targets and profits with high consideration to product mix.
- Monitoring and analyzing markets needs and trends.
- Developing market inelegance and updated database of clients & projects.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Company participation in seminars, trade shows, and sales/marketing events.
- Assessing tenders and negotiating major contracts.
- Organize, Plan and achieve sales and profit target.
- Prepare Sales & Marketing Forecasts, Action Plans Sales & Marketing Strategies and Research, and Produce Routinely pertinent Reports on all the sales and marketing activities.
- Performing other sales and marketing related duties required to meet company interests and goals.
Skills
- 10 – 15 years experience in sales & marketing and 5 years as Manager at national level in industrial and Steel company is must.
- Excellent managerial skills.
- should have the ability to interact and generate sales by approaching all prospective customers.
- Good knowledge of project sales, tenders and contractual procedures.
- Proven successful achievements in sales and marketing.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with internal and external clients.
Education
MBA/ Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Marketing.
