Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding & disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Including the following; other duties may be assigned.
Achieves- sales target in the assigned territory through best utilization of the sales resources.
Coordinates with the Fleet, Retail and DSO – sales teams to best utilize the market opportunities.
Proposes/conducts retention activities in the- sales points/outlets that attract all types/segments of customers.
Participates in product improvement though feeding back the- market/customers requirements/complaints.
Records/updates customers’ data- base in a proper form that improves the sales activities and enriches the reach in the assigned territory.
Suggests- plans/schemes that develop sales activities with customers to ensure optimum utilization of resources including the appropriate sales incentive to ensure the sales engagement.
Records the customers’ segments- sales patterns and discuss/suggest the proper action with marketing to grasp/pursuit the sales throughout the different patterns.
Develops the- sales force to achieve the required targets.
Monitors- sales achievement and take necessary counter measures to pursuit the settled targets.
Reports market information to- management suggesting the proper action to improve opportunities/shares.
Skills
- Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets common scientific and technical journals.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups.
- Knowledge of Arabic and other language is a must.
- Ability to apply intermediate mathematical concepts. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as analysis of variance.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to deal with all types of customers.
- Formulate plans and achieve objectives.
- Clearly defines the policies, procedures and control systems to achieve the objectives.
- Maintains competent and dedicated staff.
- Ability to appraise and utilize staff.
- Knowledge of computer operation is a must.
