Our client is a leading global manufacturer of technologies to address tough challenges linked to global macro trends such as safety, security, and energy. Due to increased growth in the Middle East markets, they are seeking a Sales Head, Building Solutions for their Saudi operations. As a Sales Head you will drive the sales of the Building Solutions business across Saudi Arabia mentoring and coaching the sales force to ensure that company can maximize revenue for the business.
You will be expected to develop sales plans and budgets; establish sales targets and goals consistent with direction from the management and other stakeholders. You will lead the development of the sales strategy and ensure margin requirements are met by reviewing, modifying and approving price quotations ensuring adherence to pricing procedures and appropriate material and labour rates. You will contribute to establishing and maintaining effective customer relations by personally, or in conjunction with other department’s resolves problems or responding to enquiries. Focus on the importance of exceeding customer requirements and maintaining a satisfied customer base.
To succeed in this role you must have a minimum of 10 – 15 years of Sales management experience with a proven track record in sales and team leadership with a similar organization. You must have in-depth knowledge of Building Management System solution with excellent market understanding. Arabic is a must
