Objectives:
To provide professional account management services for new and existing clients in accordance with agreed business plan and directions from the General Manager.
This involves, but is not limited to:
• Getting client briefs, working with General Manager and Production Manager to provide quotations, proposals and timelines to clients; as required.
• Briefing-in the new works with the design studio. Seeing works through to conclusion and ensure prompt payment for invoiced projects.
• To work alongside the sales team; to ensure deadlines & revenue targets are consistently met, to provide high levels of service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Ensure that your efforts at all times support the Company’s overall strategy & goals.
• To conduct yourself at all times, with professionalism, integrity and a high level of presentation.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1/ Research and develop strategies to gain new clients in accordance with the client selection criteria approved by the General Manager.
2/ Follow up on accounts through organized individual account support and coordinate with internal order-processing systems, eg. Design, Production, Accounts and Management; to ensure timely delivery of sales or design presentation, provide quotations and proposals in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Production Manager and / or the General Manager.
3/ Promptly respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone, email, fax and personal visits.
4/ Serve as your clients main contact point with the Company for all business issues in relation to their respective dealings/transactions and account management.
5/ Report on client follow-up and sales activities and provide relevant weekly tracking information as per tracking sheet provided by the General Manager.
6/ Generate reports on Sales forecast as required by management
7/ Attend scheduled meetings or follow-up meetings with the General Manager and other senior management as required.
8/ Conduct presentations to new and existing clients as required.
9/ Liaise and attend meetings with other company areas necessary to perform duties and aid overall business and organizational development objectives.
10/ Attend training programs offered by the management to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
11/ Attend networking and other events (may be outside working hours) to represent the Company as directed by management.
12/ Perform other duties not listed above that may be required by management that may be required to achieve Quality Makers business objectives.
