Your role will be to lead and direct the efforts of the Creative Department; to have a thorough understanding of the Client’s business objectives; maintain an effective relationship with Account Management Heads; to harness, develop and manage creative talent and agency resources.
Your key responsabilities will be to:
• Input in the Brands’ creative and strategic development to create better advertising for the client.
• Ensure consistent standards and provide creative direction for the Brands ensuring quality is maintained.
• Delegate and effectively manage relationships between the assigned Creative and Account Management teams on the Brands maintaining harmony and client focus.
• Get involved in the briefing process of major assignments at the senior agency and client level to ensure concepts are understood and acceptance is maximized.
• Develop and make effective presentations along with Account Management teams to increase agency business.
• Recruit, nurture and inspire creative while maintaining agency standards.
Skills
• Strong experience in BTL, POS, DM, TTL
• Advanced knowledge of advertising and implementation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of agency systems and capabilities and also the Brand’s history.
• Higher knowledge of all processes and capabilities of each individual.
• Good understanding of the strategic development process.
• Insight into the Client personnel and business.
• Sound overall judgments.
