Senior Digital Communications Executive | Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA), UAE

Job Summary:
This role involves working across social and digital media and driving the development of initiatives; to identify the most relevant key influences related to tourism; and to enhance the user engagement .

Key Roles:
Manage, develop, execute and drive forward the social and online media strategy of Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority in line with its destination marketing and promotions mandate.

Monitor and assist the management of both ADTA websites:
(www.visitabudhabi.ae)
and (www.abudhabitourism.ae)

Responsible for the day-to-day running and success of the programme under the guidance of the Senior Communications Advisor.

Identifying the most relevant online audiences for the authority, the destination and ADTA’s events programme; interactive intranet content management.

Monitor and evaluate different programmes.

Apply various social media tools, and online researcher and analytical skills such as Buzzlogic, Cymphony and MotiveQuest in order to track brand and customer motivations.

Liaise with all key stakeholders in order to effectively plan and support web-based services related to their goals and needs.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in communication, business administration, marketing or equivalent.
Five years, strong all-round communications background to include media and digital experience
proven track record in increasing / improving digital engagement results
excellent communication skills, written and spoken in English, Arabic is an asset
Understanding of the Abu Dhabi and destination brand.
Strong knowledge and insight of the Middle East market.
Tourism knowledge is an asset.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
