CNNArabic.com, part of the world’s leading news channel, delivers breaking news from across the globe. Bring your nose for a story and passion for digital journalism to us and you’ll not only develop your career in our thriving global company – you’ll actively contribute to its ongoing success.
Business news is big news. And you’ll use your insightful and analytical approach to write, edit and publish compelling business and finance stories in Arabic, across all our digital platforms.
Working closely with the rest of your team, you’ll really get to know what our business audience wants –and make sure you provide the content they’re looking for. This includes responding quickly and accurately to breaking stories as well as thinking of new ideas for special coverage pieces, and liaising with our AdSales team to organise sponsorship. It could also include taking ownership of specialist blogs or channels.
To keep our busy readers informed about key stories and issues, you’ll also help us to create a regular business news brief, which we’ll send to readers on all digital platforms.
A strong set of business contacts will help you here. Continuing to work closely with your current contacts, you’ll chase new stories and make sure that any outside voices we include in our coverage are represented fairly and accurately.
While the stories you write will always appear online, you’ll still work closely with our TV teams and other CNN websites to make sure we’re reporting the same stories, to the same high standard, right across CNN.
