MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and implement ongoing processes: creation and coordination of marketing plans of the BUs,
Development and implement strategic pricing coordination and management.
Coordinate with the Consumer and Corporate BU’s Product Development teams to ensure all products are in line with our group strategy.
Define segmentation and implement guidelines in cooperation with BUs
On the basis of corporate and market strategy, define pricing guidelines and review pricing proposals on the basis of such guidelines
Support and provide inputs/ideas for new products and services to the BUs
Assist BUs in post introduction reviews of new products/plans/promotions
Drive review of marketing strategy and performance of products and services in cooperation with Bus
Conduct market analysis/assessment of product/competitor performance in order to provide insight on market opportunities
Seek approval from GM and provide sound strategic marketing guidelines and inputs to Bus
Proactively provide input to the performance of products and service to Bus in cooperation with GM/Manager
Participate in yearly business planning/budget/forecast process with market development, competitor insights and industry trends
Develop talent via transfer of knowledge and active involvement of team members in marketing strategy and analytics activities
Develop talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support
Participate as a member of the strategic marketing team on a daily basis including resolving issues and maintaining high motivation levels within the team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Bachelors degree in Marketing
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:
Should have been in a leadership role for at least 2 years
OVERALL EXPERIENCE:
At least 6 years
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Advance level of telecommunications domain knowledge
Advanced level of marketing management skills
Advanced level on marketing analytics skills, including segmentation
Advanced level of skills in data analysis
Omani/regional market knowledge and advantage
BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS:
Very good business judgement
Very good analytical skills
Very good written and oral communication skills
Very good coordination skills
