Our client, a Property Developer with projects in multiple international locations have an immediate requirement for a Senior Manager – Marketing.
The purpose of the role is to create marketing strategy and manage marketing activities for new development projects in multiple locations, promoting the brand and thus generating revenue in line with the overall objectives of the organisation
Creating and implementing marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
Monitoring the budget and controlling Marketing spend to minimise cost and maximise profit
Responsible for overseeing all ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities for specific development projects
In-house marketing, including database marketing, CRM and internal Research and Development.
Cultivating and managing fruitful relationships with external agencies
Researching and managing all marketing activities surrounding launches of new projects throughout the Middle East Region
Pertinent evaluation to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns launched in the Middle East Region
Creative skills are essential to communicate with creative team and be hands on involved in the
creation of marketing concepts for different target markets
Overall Management and support of the Marketing Team
Bachelors Degree from a recognised University
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Exposure to a Corporate Real Estate and an Agency environment preferred
Creative and assertive individual with excellent presentation and communication skills
Must be willing to travel
