* Drafting press releases (Arabic/English), marketing copy, sales letters and new business proposals with excellent editorial skills.
* Drafting articles, reviews and news stories.
* Working with marketing director to research and identify new and existing client prospects, prioritize leads, and develop and implement outreach strategy.
* Assisting with responses to new business inquiries; developing pitches, estimates and proposals.
* Managing online news submissions to news portals and news networks.
* Update corporate and products websites.
* Assisting maintaining corporate portfolio materials in appropriate forms.
* Leading internal communications efforts (notifying employees of media coverage, award wins and general agency news).
* Keep on eye on the media says, do the media monitoring with a detailed and professional online search activities.
* Able to produce reports, white papers as required.
* Liaising with external public relations firms.
* Assisting with the development and maintenance of key marketing vehicles including website, Twitter feed, brochures, and case studies.
* Conduct online social marketing and viral marketing activities.
* Document meeting minutes, organize internal and external meetings, coordinate for best events management and search for ideal supplies.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as a successful part of a team
* Problem solver.
* Good command of English & Arabic. Chinese is a plus.
* Professional user for MS Office applications (Word & Excel in specific)
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business development, communications, or a related field. Marketing/PR Agency experience preferred.
