A major IT and Telecoms vendor is recruiting an individual to develop and manage the relationship with its customers.

You will be responsible for working alongside the customers’ Senior Management team in order to gain an understanding of their strategic objectives and help develop solutions to these.

Key accountabilities will include:
1. Examine and pinpoint the customer’s needs and opportunities
2. Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models and find out more the Sales & Marketing Opportunities
3. Plan and support high level marketing action, deeply participate in some key project.

Requirements
You will have extensive experience within the telecoms sector and have been involved with developing relationships with key contacts within Network Operators.

A good technical background within telecoms is essential and you must also have the skill-sets necessary to develop and influence your customers. Key experience includes:

1. Rich and extensive background in telecommunications and deep insight into the global telecom market.
2.Good understanding of the technology trend and the requirements of operators.
3.Familiar with the operations, network services and needs of operators.
4. Excellent communication and motivation skills, good interpersonal skills.

Business Development or Account Manager background is desirable and any Business consultancy experience would be desirable.
