Senior Marketing Manager – Dubai Festival City
This role will be working across the dynamic and diversified business and brand “Festival City”; this role is critical as part of the brand protector and ambassador, to ensure that Festival City’s vision is adequately interpreted, short to long-term deliverables are defined and are implemented fully.
Festival City’s Vision is: “To create and manage world class destinations that engage communities by delivering a lifestyle experience”.
The responsibilities of this role will involve assisting the Shopping Center management in developing a multifaceted marketing & communications plan that is realistic, deliverable and measurable for DFC Mall and site wide projects. Setting and managing multi-million dirham marketing budgets for the benefit of the Retail Department and other Dubai Festival City Management initiatives. Working to pre-agreed timelines and setting objectives and targets for the department, and assuring key deliverables are achieved on budget each financial year.
The incumbent will report to the General Manager – Dubai Festival City and will be based out of Dubai Festival City.
We are looking for degree qualified person with a minimum of 15 years of experience with a large shopping centre or a mixed-use property.
Someone with few years of experience in the MENA region would be preferred.
