The role of the Senior Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to the Client’s expectations. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating with creative team and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The responsibilities include developing project management strategy; full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, direction of project teams, managing schedules, budgets and daily supervision. In addition to managing current clients, the Senior Project Manager will assist in developing new business opportunities.
The Senior Project Manager will define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. He will coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. He will liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
· Graduate with excellent interpersonal skills
· 6-8 years direct work experience as a project manager in field of communication & advertising.
· Strong written and oral communication skills in English
· Knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage.
· Bahraini or GCC
· Willing to work in Qatar.
