Provide full service management of key client accounts, through marketing research information, analysis and reports. Responsible for the smooth execution of projects assigned to him/her, from the stage of client briefing to the final stage of report writing and presentation of results.
Design and plan research projects following client briefing and needs
Design questionnaires and methodologies of collecting information
Co-ordinate the execution of projects, informs clients on progress and gives specific instructions to other departments regarding the collection and electronic processing of information
Co-operate with other research executives and trainees who will assist on various stages of the project
Contribute to coaching and training of trainee and other executives
Work on the analysis and interpretation of results, provide feedback to clients, write reports and recommendations, and present results of study
Skills
University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field
2 – 3 years of experience in Marketing Research
Strong analytical, numerical and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Expertise in servicing customers and on Consumer Research methods, analysis and techniques
Strong business acumen and good knowledge of market dynamics
