A leading TV, Media and Entertainment organisation is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their Dubai teamThe main roles and responsibilities of this position include- Exceeding monthly sales targets- Efficient co-ordination and servicing of the agencies and clients handled by the executive- Conceptualize innovative and creative sales strategies for various programming initiatives for the brands handled- Negotiating various aspects of the business i.e rates, etc.- Responsible for payment collections on all agencies and clients handled- Market intelligence- Competitor research, evaluation and analysis- Daily co-ordination and supervision of business- Developing strong on-going relations with existing clients and maintaining profitability through account growth
To be considered for this position you must display the following skills and attributes- 5 years total experience of which atleadt 3 years should be in TV Ad Sales- Relevant university degree however a degree in management is preferred- Must have valid UAE driving license- Excellent presentation skills- Good communication skills with fluency in English- Excellent interpersonal skills
