• Responsible for ensuring that sets and relevant props are constructed, delivered and provided in an effective manner and on time to service the requirements of TWOFOUR54’s clients.
• Responsible for supervising Set Assistants.
• Acting as a vital link in the production teams assisting directors and producers (internal & external) and be involved in relevant stages of the production process to ensure the Studio Set runs smoothly.
• Responsible for managing day-to-day staffing levels comprising both permanent and freelance staff.
• Working in close co-operation with the Manager- Production Operations, Engineering, Support and Maintenance and Sales and Bookings teams to ensure that TWOFOUR54 clients experience the highest levels of satisfaction
• Supervising the set and strike of sets ensuring that the transition between sets happens in a timely and effective manner.
• Responsible for maintenance of any sets stored on site and ensuring that
any sets from outside are carefully checked for damage when delivered and issues reported and dealt with effectively.
• Any other reasonable duties required by the management.
Skills
• Experience in professional, medium to large studio production or commercial theatre.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to translate client’s requirements into practical solutions
• Knowledge of the local TV production industry, resources and freelance market as they relate to set construction and servicing client’s requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively and reliable as part of the team.

Seniority Required
At least 5 years in a TV/ Theatrical production environment with at least 2 years in a Supervisory role.
Professional Background Required
• Relevant vocational qualifications.
• Experience of working in a commercial multi-client environment is preferable.
• Experience of supervising set operation to the highest levels of service and reliability.
