Sizzer Amsterdam Spent Summer on Short Films

Amsterdam, 13th October 2015 – You know what we did this summer? Besides creating and finding the best music for advertising, we spent time on music supervising three excellent Dutch short films.

First up is Passage, a short crime thriller by Victor Ponten (Habbekrats) with music by Thomas Azier. The story revolves around young crook Rick who receives an apparent simple task from his boss that changes into a grim test of his loyalty. Passage premiered at Nederland Film Festival (NFF) this September.
The film is online now:

Zeezucht is a beautiful short animation film by Marlies van der Wel (Halal) with music by Benny Sings and Sizzer creative director Michiel Marsman. The film is about Jonas, who dreams of a life under the sea. Zeezucht also premiered at NFF in Utrecht last month.

The third film we worked on is Miles by up and coming director Madja Amin. We asked our Dutch electronic friends Weval to provide music for this story about Surinamese kick boxer
Miles Simson. Who is this talented fighter and what drives him?

We are proud to be working with these talented directors and musicians to help create the perfect soundtracks that fit the mood of the films.
