Responsible for leasing large multi-unit residential deals and complex/high value or bulk commercial units ensuring maximum rentals values are maintained, departments revenues targets are meet, vacancy times are limited, customers are retained and satisfied at every step.
The job holder also advises and provides expertise to clients and the line management in relation to the market trends and rental rates. Generates business leads through developing a network of key sector contacts and marketing/advertising initiatives.
Generates revenue for the business unit by leasing large multi-unit residential deals and complex/high value or bulk commercial units within prescribed timescale in order to meet or exceed departments rental target.
Schedule and conduct viewing of properties with potential clients and agents. Negotiates and ensures conversion of enquires into close transactions.
Managing relationship with existing and new clients.
