SMG awarded seven awards at Dubai Lynx

Dubai, UAE – 11 March, 2012: In a spectacular start to the year, Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG) not only earned the title ‘Media Agency of the Year’ at the recent MENA Cristal Awards, but continued to lead the way with stunning success at the Dubai Lynx Awards to become the most awarded media agency in the region.

The diversity of the wins truly reflected SMG’s wide experience for clients like GM, Kraft Food, and P&G in categories ranging from automotive to confectionary to FMCG. Additionally, SMG worked with its sister company, Leo Burnett, on three of its Gold-winning campaigns.

“Such an excellent start to the year is proof of our commitment to providing the best creative solutions for our clients. To have been named Media Agency of the Year at the MENA Cristal Awards and to have achieved the honour of being the most awarded media agency of the year really sets the tone for the months to come,” said Filip Jabbour, Chief Executive Officer, Starcom MediaVest Group MENA. “Last year proved to be more favourable for creative agencies, but we’re proud to have taken the title back for the media category.”

Tell you something, if clients have the same issue as suppliers getting through then this agency is shit. After calling them 10 times daily, emailing them hundreds of times I still have several pending invoices and no reply from 8 different people in that company. They are so busy that they just cannot get their heads out of their asses. If I was a client looking for an agency certainly wouldnt be this one because they do not how to service clients or suppliers properly.
