The Bleeding Billboard… Rain Changes Everything, Drive to the Conditions

When it rains, this billboard starts bleeding to communicate how weather can enforce difficult driving conditions specially with the rain, the idea is to urge drivers to consider the changing conditions in order to avoid accidents.
