This International FMCG group are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join their team based in Dubai. This role is for a bi-lingual Arabic/English speaker and reports to the Country Manager.
The purpose of the role is to develop and implement customer activity plans, focusing on flawless execution to provide a competitive advantage.
Key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Development
•Analyze information on customers and competitors strategies and recommend opportunities.
New Product Development
•Develop and implement of customer activity plans for all NPD
Current Business Development
•Monitor distributors’ performance through retail audit analysis, highlighting distribution development needs and setting up action plans accordingly
Business Planning
•Develop national and customer activity plans
Requirements
Ideally you will be a Graduate with a degree in a field such as Marketing or Business Management with at least 3 year’s Sales/Marketing experience in UAE, preferably with a MNC. You will need excellent interpersonal skills are required to effectively and persuasively communicate with others to champion ideas. Bi-lingual Arabic/English is essential.
The role demands a self-starter and energetic person with excellent communication skills. The person should be committed and ambitious and be able to demonstrate drive and initiative. The role will involve a percentage of travel around the Gulf region and the flexibility is essential.
