Our client, a Multinational company is currently seeking to recruit a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager (Wholesale) reporting to the Marketing Manager.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
Managing and coordinating trade marketing related programs, promotions, visibility and activities for the Professional and OEM channel across the region;
Contributing regional perspective to a longer term strategic plan for the mentioned channels in the region;
Developing & deploying a process for planning and executing trade related activities across the region;
Developing and implementing in a team a process for synergizing trade activities across the different lighting channels to achieve a one lighting marketing approach in the region;
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the local trade marketing strategy, programs and competencies based on the regional marketing strategy;
Working closely with the regional marketing department of the BU LIS to deploy and implement the regional marketing strategies;
Overseeing /guiding the distributor sales & marketing teams, in coordination with SM to develop marketing plans and implement, monitor and measure trade related activities;
Developing effective range of POSM to support category wise positioning and MarCom strategy;
Building trade marketing competencies by developing training programs, toolkits, templates and guidelines, working with internal resources and external agencies;
Responsible for setting up/maintaining/monitoring and controlling wholesaler budget, monthly reports to the country marketing manager/ Wholesale Channel Manager;
Understanding for the business influences and players within the professional and OEM channel;
Establishing and maintaining relationship via key account managers with agents and key end users aiming to optimize market awareness and customer service;
PROFILE:
Bachelors degree in Marketing and/or Communications and/or Sales
3 – 5 years relevant experience
Languages: English, Arabic is preferable.
Good communication skills in B2B environment
Sales experience in Wholesale business
Knowledge and understanding in the Lighting business
Good knowledge of marketing database management
Attention to details and accuracy in working
Aptitude for Budgeting and Planning
Capable of working individually as well as in a team
