Ideal Candidate should be:
Experienced with UAE / GCC Real Estate Market
Been as a Marketing or Sales Director level for the last 5-10 years
Involved in a huge sales targets
Managing sales / marketing teams
Sales or Marketing background from FMCG’s are prefered
Skills
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible of managing the Marketing and Sales operations. Develop and implement Strategic Sales, Marketing & Business Development plans on the corporate level. Demonstrate track record of combining sales / marketing leadership with sound business practices to position the organization for long-term growth and profitability. Responsible for operational oversight, resource management, budgeting and forecast.
• Possess a Management Degree / MBA.
• Have had 10 to 12 years experience in Sales & Marketing of which at least 4 to 6 years should have been as Head of Sales/Marketing of a large to medium sized Organization.
• Be a true sales person with a drive for achieving goals and targets with prior experience of managing and motivating sales team.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of modern sales and marketing tools and techniques.
• Possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
