Must have good experience in building web portals and dynamic websites. The candidates should also possess the following:
1. Extensive skills in HTML v4 and preferably v5
2. Ability to design using CSS is a must
3. Significant Javascript experience, preferably with jQuery and other JS libraries; AJAX know-how is an advantage
4. Image manipulation and creation using Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks
5. Experienced working with Eclipse and OO Design tools
6. Working knowledge of PHP 5 & JSP/JSF (and any other Java technologies)
7. Using Smarty template engine and working with PHP frameworks such as CodeIgniter, Kohana and Cake; open source CMS applications primarily Joomla, also Drupal and WordPress
8. Ability to work in and understand Arabic an advantage
