I’ve been watching this pole for the past couple of months, it’s still there inside the street in an area in West Amman.
Who said Phone Poles should be on the sidewalk?

At least one family has to die in a fatal car accident so that the municipality understands its mistake and fixes it.
there is no sidewalk to begin with.
i guess its a matter of time before someone driving at night rams it by accident and knocks it over .. therefore solving the problem
I’ve had to avoid that one myself (or at least one materially like it). I guess it would fit under the category Planning FAIL.
