Workshop Production Manager | Four Films Kuwait

Managerial Skills:
-Ability to work under pressure, managing job sites, handling workers, and scheduling construction progress on multiple jobs.
-Ability to delegate work to senior production staff to deal with strict schedules and tight deadlines.
-Present periodical reports with the administrative assistant to management on work load, workers capacity, and market sectors to suggest workshop development and continuous technical improvement.
-Ability to adhere to preset construction budgets and inform management in case otherwise.

Communication Skills:
-Ability to communicate in written format with other departments’ managers to enhance work flow and ensure quality products.
-Ability to communicate status of jobs’ progress with management and sales representatives.
-Fluency of English and Arabic languages, spoken and written.

Technical Skills:
-Technical knowledge of construction processes, relating to woodwork carpentry, drywall construction, and steel construction. Scale of projects to be handled varies from signage mounting billboards production, display stands, exhibition stands, and interior construction.
-Technical knowledge on plotting and wide format printing. Basic understanding of software and hardware related to wide format printing.
-Ability to read technical drawings and develop construction details that are feasible and consistent with the design quality.

Package:
-Salary range is 500-600KD. Negotiable depending on qualifications.
-Medical insurance coverage.
