Digital Account Executive | Wunderman Amman

The Digital Account Executive is the direct/focal contact between the Agency and the ?Client and has ultimate responsibility for the client account and to guarantee proper ?delivery of digital products/services. The incumbent works across multiple accounts ?handling and executing synergistic interactive solutions which help our Clients to grow ?their business and gain market share. The incumbent participates in the digital team ?client servicing cycle (creative and project coordinator) from strategy implementation to ?solution delivery. The Digital Account Executive ensures that solutions provided are on ?high standards, meets the defined strategy, and meet the Agency’s standards and client ?expectations.?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?
Implement Digital Strategies set by the department on the digital products and ?services. ?
Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients.?
Handle all clients’ requirements and concerns. ?
Coordinate production team to drive and execute interactive initiatives.?
Ensuring on-tie delivery of products and services as well as client satisfaction?

Skills
-Fair understanding of online strategy, marketing, media concepts and branding. ?
-client servicing skills and understanding
-Project management skills.?
-Strong client facing skills.?
-Successful track record managing multiple client assignments?
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.?
-experience in account management and client servicing is an additional credit
-knowledge of the product life cycle of “website”?
-SEO skills and knowledge
-persuasive personality
-relevant degree in website development, online marketing, and marketing
-English Professionalism ?

Education
Degree in MIS, Marketing, Online Marketing
