Media Manager | Ebsar Holding Kuwait
The Media Manager functions as a key member of the Media Planning team to oversee the translation of media strategies into final recommendations based on the client’s campaign goals and objectives. The Media Manager will also support company financial goals by growing accounts and nurturing new relationships.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Understand client’s business objectives and advertising strategy.
• Recommend the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective timing and location.
• Identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behavior and media habits.
• Liaise with the other department heads to develop media strategies and campaigns.
• Think creatively about ways to represent particular clients.
• Undertake research using specialist industry resources.
• Research and analyze sales data to translate ideas into a quantifiable task.
• Prepare proposals of media plan and cost schedules to clients.
• Negotiate with media sales companies to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces in online, broadcast and print advertising.
• Develop evaluation techniques for media campaigns.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the campaign and use data to monitor future campaigns.
Skills
• Bachelors degree with 6 years experience of core advertising or Post Graduate with 4 years of experience in advertising agency.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong brand management skills along with organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
