Strategic Advertising Planning Manager | TBWA/RAAD Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a Senior Planner – Advertising responsible for providing leadership and senior-level perspective in creating and implementing strategies that raise the level of agency work across our client’s brand. Demonstrate ability to manage an account with minimal support from above; writing briefs, setting up and managing research projects, briefing teams, dealing independently with clients and ensuring that the voice of Planning is heard and understood by those who work with you.
You should:
• Ability to clearly articulate a strategic vision in a confident and persuasive manner to clients and teams; connecz the vision to business imperatives and measures.
• Provide long-term perspectives for brands and business growth that exceeds the scope of individual projects.
• Proactively suggest new means of developing and understanding the brand
• Innovate your thinking – to develop working hypotheses and methods to test/apply to a wide variety of marketing challenges.
• Demonstrate a solid grasp of current industry dynamics and be able to provide agency perspective on the impact, influence, and implications of these dynamics on client or agency health.
• Lead – and raise the bar of TBWA\RAAD work for clients through inspiring and guiding the development of creative strategies and ideas.
• Develop effective working relationships with key clients and internal teams within the UAE agency and the wider TBWA world.
