There will be a team of 2 other account handlers working with you; however this team is growing so you need to have previous team management experience and be an inspirational team leader. You will have direct client liaison you will work on projects across a diverse mix from digital to advertising you will be involved with the budgeting and with the review of creative’s, in this role you will develop business with your clients but not from a cold call or new business point of view, and will managing the relationships with marketing managers. Although this is a B2B agency a lot of the work and accounts have a consumer bias therefore I am looking for someone who has TTL experience or ATL experience not just BTL. You will need to be able to confidently take a creative brief and gently challenge the client if necessary. They are looking for someone with a creative spark who wants to join in with the brainstorms and happy to have a big idea and to share it with people in the team. You need to have worked agency side previously and ideally have been based in Dubai or Adu Dhabi, Arabic would be an advantage but it’s not essential as all the team are from a western background and they are managing fine without the Arabic. The Role:

- The operator have to set up, program, install and check the printing machines based on the parameters and production dates documented in order paper and/or results of PPAP and process evaluation.
- The printing results must be checked with customer master samples and/or boundary samples; he is responsible to provide the 1st production samples to the QA department for the general production release and approval.
- The operator have to control and check the production results based on the necessary facts and requirements of the control plan, which is a volume of the general work orders or process and work description.
- The responsibility is an equal production quality and the ability of implementation of problem solving, corrective actions and improvements during the production process.
- The documentation of process parameters, failures, production black out and set up timings and improvements and machine documentation is in his responsibility.
- The necessary change of production equipment after product change, endurance, tuning and matching of processes, as well as the production of boundary samples in reference of master samples and the consideration of machines, tools, equipment and production/consumable material.
