Event Manager | RedFilo Abu Dhabi, UAE
Objective: To manage events in Abu Dhabi/ UAE/ Gulf region.
Main Responsibilities:
1- Brainstorm, conceptualize and deliver event solutions
2- Procure, maintain and manage vendor/partners
3- Research and source services/suppliers
4- Prepare and present proposals
Reporting to : Director-Event Operations
Number Required : 2
Duration : Permanent on contract basis
Desired Start Date : Jan 2010
Probation : 3-6 months
Working Hours : Sunday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Travel Requirements : Occasional
Requirements
Previous Experience : Relevant experience in related fields and proven track record
Other Skills:
Independent worker and a team player
Passionate about events
Ideal Age Range : 25-35
Language Skills : English / Arabic a plus
