Events & Operations Manager | Dubai, UAE
A market leader in Training & Development, our Client, a training consultancy firm are looking to appoint an Events & Operations Manager to grow the event management and logistics team as well as develop and grow the Clients product portfolio in line with market needs.
Managing and coordinating a team of around twelve indirect and direct reports in areas such as facilitation, event management and logistics, your role will be to consolidate the departments ensuring that operations are run like clockwork!
Reporting to the General Manager, your role will be client facing and involve all aspects of problem solving, team motivation, organization and quality control.
As a person you will be organised, calm under pressure and be able to work to tight deadlines. Creative flare is bonus, but people skills are essential. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, monitoring, managing and improving performance every step of the way.
A minimum of five years in an Events Management role are required as well as proven management experience.
