Events & Promotions Executive | Abu Dhabi, UAE

For over 30 years they have developed a diverse fleet of plant and equipment ?and are now the preferred solution for many customers in the oil and gas, construction and marine repair ?industry. Their offices are based throughout the gulf including UAE, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia. Due to ?continual growth and success they are now recruiting for an experienced Events and Promotions Executive ?to cover Abu Dhabi.
Salary Range : ?15,000 Dhs – 18,000 Dhs per month, Fully expensed car, Sim Card, Annual Bonus, Laptop with Internet
Responsibilities:?
• Drive the business development of the exhibition and events business
• Manage all key events and conferences
• Manage numerous tasks involved with Events and Promotions including event registration, travel ?arrangements, logistical arrangements for commercial exhibitions, handle payments, attending ?conferences, arranging venues
• Maintain an exemplary level of customer service to both events organizers and guests/visitors
• Travel to various events destinations
• Contact for VIP guests from both inside and outside the company. ?
• Conduct research to give insightful reports on which events in to participate ?
• Work on marketing strategy to promote and ensure success of events and promotions
• Prepare reports on events process/results
Internal / External Cooperation
• Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction. ?
• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. ?
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the ?customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. ?
