Brand Coordinator | Kuwait
A brand coordinator is responsible to work closely with the Area Managers, Merchandiser and General Manager to drive brand performance
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS and TASKS – -
1. Brand Management
- To manage and drive the performance of brands under their control
- Act as prime interface with the brand for all activities; ensure all functional areas are specifically informed of brand values to customers through the team
- Provide support to operations team to train on specific brand information and roll out of new collections across stores
- Ensure that all marketing and promotional activities are conducted in accordance with brand guidelines
2. Stock Management
- Timely management of OTB ( Open to buy ), stock allocation and replenishment, terminal stock management
- Manage the rotation of stocks between location including wholesale and retail location
3. Planning and Execution
- Develop annual business plan in liaison with Marketing Manager and General Manager to reflect brand positioning, negotiates key aspects of the planned delivery with the brand
- Maximize turn over by ensuring accurate, timely and commercial sales planning and reforecast for both like-for-like and new stores
- Plan and implement events calendars for positive brand building through promotional activities that maintains brand integrity and values
4. Financial Management
- Plan and maximise the sales and profit contribution of the brand
- Timely management of retail price management
- Ensure brand delivers business plan profit throught delivery of both volume and cash
- Ensure brand delivers business plan profit through delivery of both volume and cash margin, maintaning brand profitability by management of full price and mark down, intake margins, level of mark down activity and terminal stock
