Marketing Executive | Al Tayer Group Dubai
Assist in development of marketing calendar for all GAP Operations
Manage weekly updates (or as required) to Marketing calendar activity, communicating updates to business stakeholders
Develop Operations’ activity bulletins to announce imminent marketing activity to Sales and Store Operations
Implement marketing plan activity in conjunction with Marketing Operations Manager ensuring compliance to marketing budgets, always with a view to enhance brand image leading to customer satisfaction
Own the development and implementation marketing activity for Profile salons at all Al Tayer group GAP outlets to drive customer recruitment and increase awareness of business
Manage end to end sample requisition with vendors and with internal businesses (inventory, buying and public relations)
Organize production of branding materials required for promotional activities, store openings etc and ensure timely delivery to stores
Manage portfolio and history of marketing activity for all GAP stores
Arrange for the photographic images from the Principals/Vendors for the available/existing products /collections. Maintain and manage the photographic library of images for each season’s collection
Liaise with the Press Office to update the brand profiles and provide any materials from the Principals to support the PR initiatives
Keep abreast of market trends and map competitors’ activities vis a vis communication, pricing, marketing strategy in relation to the fashion brands.
Gather reports on events and press office activities as and when required to present to Principals or business stakeholders
Provide periodic reports and analysis to the Marketing Ops Manager on the marketing initiatives as and when required
Manage and carry through the execution and delivery of assigned tasks from the Events schedule for all GAP events
Graduate in any discipline, preferably Business Administration with tertiary qualifications in Marketing.
Computer Literacy
Good communication, & inter-personal skills
Well organized and flexible
2 years relevant experience
