National Marketing Director | Dubai, UAE
Role Purpose:
Working with the Head of Marketing on Master brand, communication and activation development and deployment.
Ensure compliance of all marketing activities across SBU’s with brand and corporate strategy.
Champion market, industry and competitive environment understanding both at the regional and global levels.
Drive the clients short and long term brand growth, presence and awareness.
Partner with tawasol SBU team to deliver the necessary strategic marketing support accompanied by tangible plans to deliver the SBU objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Accountable for on-time delivery of key of the clients communication and activation initiatives across the MENA region and globally.
Partner with SBU’s to understand internal and external customer needs to enable better communication and activation development and execution.
Work with external partners and agencies, taking part in communication and activation development to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Develop creative and compelling communication and activation initiatives to roll-out.
Monitoring and developing direct team.
Skills:
7 – 10 yrs marketing experience in blue-chip FMCG and service organisations
Demonstrable ability in Brand Development / Management is key
Experience in leading teams and building and developing marketing a must
Exposure to digital marketing and responsibility for PR/Comms functions
Successful and demonstrable record of achievement
Trade marketing and B2B experience also highly desirable
Experience in service industry and / or luxury brands is an asset
Experience in the MENA region and GCC is an asset
Experience in Media Industry is an asset
Recognised Business Studies / Marketing qualification
