Sales & Marketing Manager | Al Suwaidi Holding Company Dammam, Saudi Arabia
SALES:
· Generates enquiries for SHI product range, by timely contact with potential and existing clients to achieve targets as per business plan in to key accounts.
· In conjunction with Estimation & Design, compile and submit proposals. Follow-up and negotiate for orders.
· On going relationship management with clients and collaborators.
· Develop an effective sales force through clear communications, effective management and on going training and development.
· Acquire data from clients for their credit rating prior to expression of interest / estimation.
· Maintain log of bid submission, analyze lost bids weakness & strength of winning and give feed back during estimation, competitor’s information of their strength & weakness.
· Formulate proposals, conduct sales negotiations & pricing strategies to win order, tender & contracts.
· Regular visit & coordination with Saudi Aramco & Sabic potential buyers.
MARKETING:
· Achieve registration with key clients.
· Coordinate communication and promotion of new products and services.
· Preparation of Pre-qualification (PQ) Documents.
· Management of SHI Web site.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
· Achieve growth and diversification in products and services by analyzing market trends, client needs and developing partnerships with other national and international suppliers.
· Achieve growth through analysis of market opportunities outside the Kingdom.
· Scout for new business opportunities & technical tie-ups.
· Scout for competitor’s SWOT & maintain records.
· Prepare yearly 5 years look ahead business plan & operation plan in coordination with other dept. heads and DGM.
