Senior Events Marketing Program Manager | Dubai
To lead planning and event management of a major Networkers conference which will take place on a yearly basis in the middle east
Attendees to come from all of Middle East mainly and some from the rest of the world.
· To develop an audience acquisition strategy for the event
· To develop an internal and external communications strategy
· To develop a sponsorship sales strategy
· To drive sales and stakeholder engagement in the planning process
· To develop processes and create tools to ensure corporate compliance and execution of Networkers conference format, messaging, content, measurement, reporting and ROI
· To liaise with in-country teams on a regular basis via conference calls, newsletters, internal communications vehicles etc
· To lead the delivery of event deliverables (demonstrations, content, messaging, sponsorship, measurement)
· To maintain central funds and budget for supporting services
· To raise the profile and awareness of the program both internally and externally
· To seek opportunities to leverage and share industry best practices
· To create and maintain Networkers master presentation plan outlining mission, financials, measurement and project overview
Additional requirements
· Experience in leading complex, large regional event projects.(Several thousand attendees and multiple events happening under one roof)
· Proven events experience in strategy, logistics, delivery and post event analysis across a variety of countries and culturally diverse environments
· Must be confident, resilient, resourceful and diplomatically assertive when appropriate
· Be highly organised and a good time manager
· Have an engaging personality with the gravitas to build and leverage relationships across all levels
· Be self motivated and able to work autonomously, a real self-starter able to work effectively with minimum level of supervision on multiple projects
· Be able to work flexibly in a fast-paced changing environment
· Excellent personal and written presentation skills plus excellent spoken and written English
· Be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
· Be fluent in English, a second language an advantage
· Be proficient in the advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
· Be prepared to regular travel
